There must be more female villains - I can think of
Lara Flynn Boyle in Men In Black 2
Michelle Pfeiffer in Batman Returns
Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction
Susan Sarandon in Enchanted
Kathy Bates in Misery
Lucy Liu in Kill Bill Vol 1
Hunt Famous
Orble Post of the Day
Fat Cult

the end boss in Enter the Dragon! Or was it Fist of Fury?
In order mind you. And I know it seems shady that these people have all played top notch villains in their day and age. In fact this list is probably best or would be better left un-numbered. But Icould only come up with 10 off the top of my head.
10) David Carradine as Bill in Kill Bill
9) Geoffrey (I don't believe I put him at number nine but I did) Rush inanythign where he plays a villain. (Hey at least he made my list)
8) Ray Fiennes as Voldemort
7) Danny Devito as the Penquin in Batman Returns
6) Alan Rickman as the Sheriff of Nottingham in Robin Hood
5) Christopher Lee in any film he's made recently where he plays a villain
4) Meryl Streep in The Devil Wears Prada
3) Glenn Close as Cruella Deville in either film and then of course as the Marquis in Dangerous Liasisons
2) John Lithgow in the film Ricochet with Denzel Washington
1) Gene Hackman as Lex Luthor in the Christopher reeves version of Superman
